I needed new Business Card Designs and found YS Studio. They were pretty good to work with. Sent over my info, they came back with a few options, and I picked one. It took about a week to get the final files. Everything looks nice.
Professional work, a bit slow
I got the Custom Logo Design service. The quality of the final logo was definitely high, very professional and exactly what I was looking for. The designer really captured the essence of my business. My only minor gripe was the initial turnaround time for the first concepts; it took about a week longer than I anticipated after the initial brief. Once we got going though, revisions were quick. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay. Good value for the investment in the end, just prepare for it to be a thorough, not speedy, process.

Good process, strong results
I hired YS Studio for a full Rebranding Package. The initial consultation was helpful, they took the time to understand what we needed. The design timeline was exactly as they laid out, about 4 weeks for the initial concepts. We went through a couple rounds of revisions on the logo, which was easy enough through their portal. The final Brand Guidelines document was comprehensive, including everything from typography to social media templates. Delivery was digital, as expected. I did have a question about file types, and their support team responded within a few hours. Overall, a solid experience for such an important project.
